EREOO Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of EREOO.com and the EREOO teaching platform. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, hosting sessions, or joining a session, you agree to these terms.
Platform Use
EREOO may be used to create branded teacher pages, host live sessions, manage billing, and operate teacher businesses. Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and comply with applicable law.
Tenant Responsibility
Tenant admins are responsible for the content, policies, recordings, domains, participant communications, and business practices conducted through their tenant workspace.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the selected interval. Plan features, domain access, participant limits, recordings, and whiteboard access may be gated according to the active subscription and account status.
Acceptable Conduct
You may not use EREOO to violate rights, infringe intellectual property, transmit unlawful content, disrupt the service, evade billing, or interfere with other tenants or participants.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary for security, operations, compliance, or product development. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Termination
Accounts may be paused or terminated for unpaid invoices, violations of these terms, abuse, fraud, or security risks. Super admins may also administratively suspend tenants within the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EREOO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded where allowed.
