Payments and Processors
Subscription and billing activity is processed through Stripe. Audio/video session delivery may involve LiveKit infrastructure or compatible real-time providers selected by the platform operator. Those providers process data needed to deliver the service.
Recordings and Session Content
Teachers may enable recording, whiteboard collaboration, and chat archives. Participants should assume session activity may be logged or recorded when the teacher enables those features and applicable law permits.

We do not sell personal information. We share data with service providers only to the extent required for hosting, billing, email delivery, analytics, support, and security.
Security
EREOO applies technical and organizational safeguards including access controls, role-based authorization, audit logs, encryption in transit, secure session management, and tenant isolation measures. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, satisfy contractual requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable law. Customers may request deletion subject to legal and operational constraints.
