1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the EREOO website and to orders for personalized song services placed through our website, forms, and payment flow.
2. Service Description
EREOO creates custom songs based on the information you provide. Each order is a bespoke creative service. Song requests may be submitted in any language. Religious songs are not offered.
3. Orders and Submitted Content
By submitting an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the rights needed for any materials or details you share. Please provide only information relevant to creating the song. We may refuse orders involving unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, violent, or otherwise unacceptable content.
4. Price and Payment
The song price shown on the website at the time of checkout applies to your order. Payments are processed through Stripe. An order is only confirmed after checkout has been completed successfully and Stripe reports the payment as paid.
5. Production and Delivery
The final creative direction, tone, and musical interpretation remain part of the bespoke service we provide within the scope of your brief. The service includes one digital personalized song as described on the website. Delivery timelines are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is truthful, sufficiently clear, and does not infringe third-party rights. Missing or conflicting information may delay production or affect the final creative result.
7. Intellectual Property and Usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all rights in concepts, compositions, production files, drafts, and other pre-delivery creative materials remain with EREOO. Once full payment has been received, you receive a non-exclusive right to use the final delivered version for private or otherwise agreed purposes. Broader redistribution, editing, or commercial exploitation requires our prior approval.
8. Refunds and Complaints
Because each order is personalized and creative, refund requests after production has started are assessed case by case. Any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly after delivery.
9. Liability
We accept unlimited liability where required by law, including for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. In other cases, liability is limited to foreseeable losses typical for this type of agreement. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of external services such as Stripe or mail providers.
10. Privacy and Final Terms
Our Privacy Policy also applies. These terms are governed by German law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your place of residence. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
